The museum facilities are accessible for individuals with reduced mobility who are accompanied. Guide dogs are allowed.

Access rules

• Pictures can be taken for private use without a flash, tripod or selfie stick. The relevant authorisation is required for professional purposes.
• You may access the museum with a stroller or baby carrier.
• Pets are not allowed inside the museum, with the exception of guide dogs.
• Please do not consume food or drink inside the building. There is a rest area outside the museum.
• Please switch off your mobile phone to prevent any inconvenience during your visit.
• Visitors are prohibited from entering the rooms carrying large packages (> 35x35 cm), umbrellas or sharp objects. A locker service is available for leaving these types of belongings.
• Please do not touch the objects in the museum, respect the furniture and avoid leaning on the display cabinets or handrails.
• If you are accompanied by children, please ensure they stay close to you and explain to them the importance of not touching the objects. Please do not let them run around the rooms.
• According to applicable regulations, no smoking is permitted inside the museum.
